DEVELOPING A ROOT SYSTEM

'Undeveloped' is not an album to be taken lightly after hitting #1 yesterday on iTunes' electronic charts. Having only been out for about 24 hours, the buzz is getting louder than a beehive in a swarm. Reviews, interviews, photos, more interviews, more reviews and full song samples are popping up all over the place, weaving their way into social networks and newsletters everywhere. Helping this hum only get louder is the news about SKINNY PUPPY's latest recording. 'HanDover' was recently submitted to the label gurus for a tentative release date sometime in September of 2011.

HIGHLY DEVELOPED OHGR FINDINGS

Information on the newest upcoming full-length OHGR album from SKINNY PUPPY's visionary front-man, Nivek Ogre, has recently developed across the strings of the www. Outstanding artist and long-time friend of the PUPs, Steven R. Gilmore, gave Facebook a lift yesterday by exposing his newly approved cover artwork for 'Undeveloped' and well, as they say... the hounds were released!



OHGR's fourth official full-length album, 'Undeveloped,' is currently slated to be released on May 10, 2011 thru Metropolis Records. OHGR has been a recent add to their ever-growing and quite well-known roster.

The very promising tracklisting includes "tRAGEk" which was released as a pay-to-download single back in July 2010 on wdihtf.com. The single also comes with it's own original artwork by Ogre and is still available on the wdihtf site.

FANGORIA INTERVIEWS A MANIAC

July's Fangoria (Issue #295) hosts the latest Q&A with '2001 Maniacs: Field Of Screams' actor, Nivek Ogre.

As many of you may already know, Ogre stars in the riotous Tim Sullivan sequel to the 5 year old original by the same director. Fangoria's Editor-in-Chief and long time SKINNY PUPPY fan, Chris Alexander, was able to have an intimate sit down with Ogre which takes up a third of the 5 page feature on the movie.

REPO! ROAD TOUR 3 SET TO KICK OFF JANUARY 13

The third and FINAL leg of the REPO! Road Tour is primed and ready to kick off January 13, 2009. Director Darren Bousman and actor/writer Terrance Zdunich will be heading out across the country to promote their film, 'Repo! The Genetic Opera'. In anticipation of the dual release of the extended Soundtrack and the DVD [and a Blu-Ray version] on January 20th, Bousman and Zdunich will be taking over independent theaters and screening the film for fans in-person. The REPO! Road Tour is for fans to come out and be a part of the event together. Each city has put its own spin on the event, from fans dressing up as characters to theater-wide sing-a-longs, and more!

With sellouts on the first two REPO! Road Tours, Bousman and Zdunich look to repeat their success. Tickets are $15 and are on-sale Monday, December 29, at www.reporoadtour.com.
